Refund policy

We aim to ship every order with care. If something is wrong, contact us within the timeframes below.

Damaged or defective products

We cover damaged or defective products in all cases. Email info@hk-spice.com within 14 days of delivery with photos and a description. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.

Unopened products

Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The customer covers return shipping. Once we receive and verify the return, we refund the product price to your original payment method (PayPal or Interac e-Transfer). Shipping costs are not refundable.

Opened products

For food safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned or refunded.

How to start a refund

Email info@hk-spice.com with your order details and the reason for return. We respond within two business days.
