Shipping policy
We ship Canada wide via Canada Post, FedEx, or DHL. Carrier and rate are selected per order based on destination, package weight, and cost effectiveness.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Rates depend on package weight, destination, and carrier selected.
Processing time
We prepare and pack orders within 2 to 3 business days of receiving payment.
Delivery estimates
- Canada Post: 3 to 8 business days, varies by destination
- FedEx Ground: 2 to 7 business days
- DHL: 2 to 5 business days
Delivery estimates are provided by the carriers. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
Tracking
Once shipped, we email you the tracking number and carrier link.
Shipping zones
We ship to all 13 Canadian provinces and territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, email info@hk-spice.com. We will work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a replacement or refund.
